Our 40×60 Gunnar mat cutter allows us to offer the ultimate precision mat cutting at great value pricing. Perfect for a quick simple mat, or the most complex multi-opening layout. With optional add-ons like v-grooves, scoring/debossing, and even pen support for decorative details, we can cut just about anything!

Our regular rates for mat cutting or standard stock mats are already excellent, (even better than typical art supply stores), but if you need mats in volume we’ll pull out all the stops for bulk cut mats in as little as 5+ quantities. Let us know the details and we’ll see what we can do!
HOW TO ORDER VALUE MATS
As part of a custom frame consult we will measure everything for you and help you choose a color. For our value/club/pro pricing you may need to supply some info yourself:
1) MAT SIZE: The outside dimension of the mat – measure the glass or backer inside your frame, OR measure slightly smaller than the back opening of your frame.
2) OPENING SIZE: The size of your print (we will cut the mat opening 1/4″ smaller so you have room to insert). OR the desired opening size of your mat to within 1/16″.
3) ALIGNMENT: By default our mats will be cut centered. If you need your mat top or bottom weighted, include any specifics along with if the mat is horizontal or vertical.
4) COLOUR: Our best value mats are premium Crescent acid free, solid white core mats, stocked in 3 colors: SuperWhite, WhiteWash, or Black. Many other colors are available – email us or pop in for a look at some options.
